Kaden wasn't crazy with excitement to ride the pony. They tried to take him for a ride, but he was clinging to daddy for dear life; however, he did reluctantly pose for a few pictures!! This picture was taken at our neighbor's birthday party, Isabella, who also just turned a year old! We'll have to keep a close eye on those two, they already love to kiss (on the lips) when they see each other!!!
Kaden the rocker dude!!
Kaden, just being his everyday cute kid!!!It's still hard to believe that Kaden is a year old. He had his 1 year check up yesterday, 6/3/09. He is such a trooper, having 4 shots in his legs. He still has a bump on his leg from one of his 6 month shots and the doctor said that may never go away. Here are his stats:
Weight 22.7 pounds (50th percentile)
Height 30.5 inches (60th percentile)
Head circumference 18.25 inches (65th percentile)
Kaden is definitely on the move, always has to be down walking, but is still wobbly, but gets more steady every day. He loves to stand in his crib and jump. He is such a happy baby. The doctor gave the official okay to take him off formula and give him table food. She wants to see him off the bottle by 15 months (yikes). He has very little interest in using a cup, so we'll have to be more persistent. He has such a sweet personality and loves to be the center of attention and if he's not, he'll "yell" saying AHHHH very loudly to get everyone's attention and that definitely works, no matter where we are. He loves to babble and make funny faces just to make us laugh. Kaden has brought more joy to our lives than we could have ever imagined!!
